What's bookable on the live site, grouped the way revenue is reported: Accommodation, Farm Experiences, Day Visits, Meals, Hiking / Add-ons, Other Services.
Every photo used anywhere on the guest site — logo, hero shots, itinerary steps, and the Gallery page grid — in one place. Swap a photo, retag its category, or add a new one.
Photo size: every upload is auto-resized to a max width of 1920px and re-compressed — that alone keeps almost anything well under 500KB, so a big system slowing down from oversized photos shouldn't happen. You'll see the before/after size on anything you just changed. If you're sourcing your own photos: square/landscape shots work best, and starting under ~5MB keeps the resize quick.
Every guest who's hearted a package on the Rate Card, grouped by item so you can see demand at a glance — and who to follow up with.

Each action below still gets a line in the Activity Log, so there's a record that a cleanup happened — even though the underlying records themselves are gone.
Clears out clutter — cancelled records only, confirmed and pending bookings are untouched.
The nuclear option for a genuine fresh start right before going live.
A one-time exception for a pre-launch reset — the clearing itself is logged as the first entry in the fresh log.

Sliced onto a plate, squeezed into a glass, or steeped with herbs into a pot of tea. What is ripe changes with the rain, so ask your host what came in today — and whether there is enough to carry a basket home.
Choma is a slow business, and that is the point. Meat is bought from the ridge, salted simply and turned over hot coals while you walk the tea rows. Tell us while you are booking if you would like this service.

Our tea is picked, withered and brewed at the factory just down the road — a site visit can be arranged when you book, subject to the factory management's approval. The fruit is squeezed to order. Nothing here arrives in a carton: we grow it on our own ground and buy the rest from farms within our community.
